Yunhe Pu'er tea is produced according to the GB/T22111-2008 Pu'er production standard. It is made using large-leaf Da Ye Zhong (大叶种, dàyèzhǒng) tea leaves, using the Shai Qing Cha (晒青茶, shàiqīngchá) "fixed green" technology, followed by crushed and dried leaves. Limited edition of 14,000 cakes.
The production area is Dali City (大理市, dàlǐ shì), part of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The leaf's aroma is restrained, woody, and reminiscent of a sauna, with lightly sweet notes. The infusion's flavor reveals macadamia nuts, nutmeg, and oak notes, while the finish unfolds with a sweet, creamy finish.
Shu pu-erh "Yunhe" is perfect for all lovers of a multifaceted, but not intrusive taste.
