Loose puer with delivery to Russian Federation
The main place of production of loose puer is the province of Yunnan. In early spring, suitable raw materials are collected, which will ripen until mid-summer and the onset of great heat. Chinese masters highly value only the product that they make slowly. Thus, all production processes go through a full cycle.
The collected raw materials are divided into 11 categories, depending on the size of the leaf and the number of buds.
According to the type of raw material, loose puer is:
- from bush raw materials of various categories
- from small buds from bushes (Gunting)
- from large buds with golden hairs (Da Jin Hao)
- from small hairy buds (Jin Ya)
- tea lumps made from the mass that sticks together during the wet stacking process, broken into pieces (Cha Tou)
The cost of loose puer corresponds to the quality of the raw material. Such puer is convenient to brew, because the variety of raw materials allows you to use it for blends. You can discover a variety of tastes, aromas and density of the finished drink.
Another important point when choosing raw materials is the type of plant and the place of growth. Tea can be collected on plantations, in gardens or in mountain forests. There are also wild plants. The plant itself is a bush or a tree, the age of which is a very important point.
