This variety of "Bi Luo Chun" is harvested in Fujian Province, where the climate is ideal for growing this tea variety. It is called "Fujian Emerald Spirals of Spring" or "Fujian Emerald Snails of Spring." Harvesting begins in early March and continues until mid-April. Only the young, upper leaves and buds, which are hand-picked, are used to produce "Bi Luo Chun."
This tea is specially processed using a short, gentle process that preserves the maximum amount of beneficial substances found in the tea leaves. After picking, the leaves are immediately dried and roasted to preserve their freshness and aroma.
Bi Luo Chun has a unique appearance: its leaves are twisted into small spirals, reminiscent of snails. This gives the tea a distinctive aesthetic and makes it attractive to tea lovers around the world.

The leaves will initially sink to the bottom, but soon they will unfurl, and a "snowflake dance" will begin—the tea leaves will rise vertically and begin to rise and fall again.
Bi Luo Chun is one of the "golden trio" of the finest green teas in China, along with Longjing and Mao Feng. It is rich in amino acids and polyphenolic compounds that promote overall health, as well as antioxidants, vitamins, and microelements.
