The history of Tie Guan Yin Nongxiang tea dates back to the Qing Dynasty. According to legend, a poor farmer discovered a wild tea bush near a temple dedicated to the goddess Guan Yin. He planted the bush in an iron pot, and the tea it produced possessed a unique aroma and flavor. In gratitude to the goddess, the farmer named the tea "Tie Guan Yin" ("Iron Goddess of Mercy").
Nongxiang means "thick aroma." This tea undergoes a longer fermentation and roasting process than other Tie Guan Yin varieties, giving it a richer aroma and deeper flavor.

In the coastal province of Fujian, there is a small provincial Chinese city with a population of more than a million people. In economic theory, there is a concept of perfect competition - this is a market condition when many manufacturers sell the same product to buyers, and this product is not such a problem for anyone who wants to produce it.
