GABA oolong is a tea that has undergone fermentation without oxygen, resulting in an increased content of gamma-aminobutyric acid, which has a beneficial effect on the human body.
The aroma, when warmed by breathing, is warm, sweet and sour, with a distinct hint of roasted pumpkin seeds. After rinsing, rose hips steamed in a thermos are added, along with notes of biscuit cookies with hints of gingerbread.
The brewed tea has a warm and mellow flavor, with a hint of classic red tea and dried fruit nuances. The steeping process is smooth throughout the entire drink, leaving a light, refreshing aftertaste with notes of baked fruit.
To brew, you'll need water at 90-95°C, a thick-walled porcelain gaiwan with a capacity of 150-200 ml, and 5-7 g of dry tea. With this ratio, the tea can be steeped seven times, producing a clear, golden-yellow infusion.
Dong Ding Hong Gaba calms the nervous system and enhances the body's ability to withstand stress and nervous tension. It promotes a calm, high-quality tea experience, calming, balancing, uplifting, and warming the body.

GABA tea got its name due to the high content of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). Gamma-aminobutyric acid, in combination with other components of tea, has a completely amazing and complex effect on the human body. It lowers blood pressure, helps with atherosclerosis, headaches and dizziness, seasickness, stimulates brain activity in particular and the dynamics of nervous processes in general, improves thinking and memory, relieves hangover syndrome, has a high antioxidant effect - which means that it can have a preventive anti-cancer effect. Gamma-aminobutyric acid is similar in its effect to tranquilizers (diazepam, phenazepam), but is not addictive.
Taiwanese sociologists conducted a survey of the ten most popular teas on the island. Residents aged 15 to 65 were interviewed. It turned out that Dongding Oolong is beyond competition. Sociologists also calculated the popularity rating and frequency of consumption of other teas.
A cup of aromatic freshly brewed tea invigorates in the morning, gives strength during the day, warms in bad weather or refreshes in the heat. And if it is not just tea, but the famous GABA, the properties of which are improved compared to the traditional drink, then calmness, excellent health, high performance are guaranteed!
