The aroma when warmed up with breath is warm, sweet and sour with a pronounced shade of roasted pumpkin seeds. After washing, rose hips steamed in a thermos and notes of biscuit cookies with gingerbread shades are added.
The taste of the brewed tea is warm and soft, with a hint of classic red tea and nuances of dried fruits. Throughout the tea drinking, the infusions are even, leaving a light refreshing aftertaste with notes of baked fruits.
For brewing you will need water with a temperature of 90-95 °C, a porcelain gaiwan with thick walls with a capacity of 150-200 ml, and 5-7 g of dry tea. With this ratio, the tea can be brewed 7 times, forming a transparent infusion of golden-yellow color.

Свое название ГАБА-чай получил из-за высокого содержания в своем составе гамма-аминомасляной кислоты (по-английски — Gamma-aminobutyric acid, GABA). Гамма-аминомасляная кислота, в сочетании с другими компонентами чая, оказывает на организм человека совершенно удивительное и комплексное воздействие.
