Da Hong Pao: The King of Chinese Teas
Da Hong Pao (Chinese: 大紅袍, pinyin: Dà Hóng páo) is a Chinese cliff tea produced in the Wuyi Mountains (Chinese: 武夷山, pinyin: wǔyíshān) in northwestern Fujian Province. Homeland of Da Hong Pao

Legend has it that an emperor, seeking refuge from bad weather, once took refuge under one of these bushes. Upon awakening, he felt much better, and from then on, tea from these bushes became considered an imperial drink.
