Zhang Ping Shui Xiang (Chinese: 章平水仙, pinyin: zhāng píng shuǐ xiān) is a light-colored oolong tea from Zhang Ping County, Fujian Province, China. Known as "Water Narcissus," this tea captivates with its delicate floral aroma and multifaceted flavor.
Zhang Ping County, located south of the famous Wuyi Mountains, has a unique microclimate ideal for growing tea bushes. The tea leaves for Zhang Ping Shui Xiang are harvested in early spring, when they are particularly juicy and aromatic.
