This tea is also called "Ju Duo Zi" (Chinese: 锯剁仔, pinyin: jù duò zǎi) because its leaves are small and sharp, like a small saw. The tea grows on Mount Fenghuang at an altitude of 1100 meters in the territory of Wudong, Huchi village. The tree is over 300 years old, the height is 2.31 m, it is propagated by vegetative propagation. It is an upright low tree, medium-leaved, with medium opening of buds, the crown is spreading, like an umbrella.
The tea has a beautiful color: when ready, the leaves are straight, twisted lengthwise, dark (black-brown or yellow-brown) oily color. The infusion is clean, clear pale yellow. Manufacturers say that the tea has a clearly audible mountain note. The tea bottom consists of elastic emerald leaves. The tea creates a light, serene mood and pleases the soul.
