Modern energy drinks and puer
So-called energy drinks have become very popular recently. They are a relatively recent invention of mankind. It may seem that they are almost a panacea for those who need a boost of energy and extra strength. For example, students during exams, athletes with a tight training schedule, office workers during the reporting period and regular visitors to night clubs.
However, let's take a closer look at the so-called energy drinks. What do they contain? First of all, caffeine. Caffeine in such shock doses that the manufacturer itself does not recommend drinking more than two cans of the drink per day. Vitamins of group B. Their amount in the body does not affect performance. A person only feels their deficiency. And pumping yourself up with vitamins in huge quantities is simply pointless.
In addition, the vitamins present in the drink do not replace the multivitamin complex. Also, there is a substance called mateine. A substance that is part of the South American green tea Mate.
However, few people know that high-quality Chinese shu puer tea is no less invigorating. At the same time, it is free from the disadvantages of traditional chemical drinks. Namely:
- The use of pu-erh is not limited by the danger of caffeine “overdose”!
- The use of puer is not contraindicated for people with blood pressure problems!
- Pu-erh does not contain sugar or chemical dyes!
Puer does not cause increased excitability of the nervous system. It only allows to slightly enhance the mood in which a person is. This happens thanks to guanine. A substance contained in puer, as well as in any tea, and essentially representing a light antidepressant. It is thanks to it that puer has an amazing ability to regulate a person's condition, to brightly and distinctly invigorate.
Pu'er (like any other good tea, but especially shu pu'er) should not be consumed before bedtime, otherwise you will not get any sleep at all. But if you are driving and have a long journey ahead of you, then you will hardly find anything better than pu'er to increase your attention and alertness. Brew some thermasok and go! Or the night before an exam, when you need to finish what you have not yet learned. Or do some urgent work, and at the same time remain of sound mind and memory. However, it is still better to start the morning with pu'er!
The most important thing is not to overdo it. Tea, according to the classification in traditional Chinese medicine, belongs to the element "wood". Wood supports and feeds fire. "Fire" corresponds to the orgone heart. Thus, in moderate quantities, tea supports the work of the heart, and in large quantities it can "burn" it.
