Fermented without oxygen GABA tea (Gabarone Cha)
GABA tea got its name due to the high content of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). Gamma-aminobutyric acid, in combination with other components of tea, has a completely amazing and complex effect on the human body. It lowers blood pressure, helps with atherosclerosis, headaches and dizziness, seasickness, stimulates brain activity in particular and the dynamics of nervous processes in general, improves thinking and memory, relieves hangover syndrome, has a high antioxidant effect - which means that it can have a preventive anti-cancer effect. Gamma-aminobutyric acid is similar in its effect to tranquilizers (diazepam, phenazepam), but is not addictive.
In a word, GABA tea is an amazingly healing drink (and very pleasant to taste). GABA tea is a relatively young tea. It was first produced in 1987, in Japan, and since then has enjoyed great popularity in this country. In Russia, GABA tea is practically unknown, despite the widespread use in official medicine of its main component - gamma-aminobutyric acid (it is included in the "Register of Medicines of Russia").
Taiwanese GABA Oolong is produced using the technology and under the strict control of the Taiwan Tea Research and Distribution Station, a scientific and very serious institution. The combination of the latest technology and high-quality raw materials ensures the maximum content of gamma-aminobutyric acid in this tea and, accordingly, provides the drink with the maximum health effect.
GABA tea is essentially oolong (turquoise tea). It undergoes fermentation, only partially under special conditions - without access to oxygen (under nitrogen, for 8-10 hours).
This tea can be very useful before a sea, air or long car journey - it perfectly counteracts motion sickness. It is good for business negotiations - calmness combined with a high level of mental activity will only benefit the participants of the negotiations. It is good when you need to rest and relax - and the fact that this relaxation will be combined with a clear and sharp mind is only pleasant. GABA can be an excellent official drink for seminars, conferences and other intellectual gatherings and, of course, it is an ideal student drink.
Do not forget that, like any effective remedy, gamma-aminobutyric acid (and GABA tea, respectively) has contraindications. It is better to refrain from drinking this tea in case of acute renal failure, low blood pressure and during the first trimester of pregnancy.
